Application forms for registration in ASTTBC are available from the ASTTBC office.

Prior to applying, we suggest you review the Frequently Asked Questions relating to Certification and Applications.


To submit an application, contact the office for an Application Package, fully complete all sections, then mail the package to ASTTBC at the address shown below. Internet-based application submissions are not supported due to the numerous attachments and supporting documentation that must accompany an applicant's submission.
