50 Years – Looking ahead
In 2009 ASTTBC wrapped up a year-long celebration of its first 50 years of protecting the public interest through professional certification of technology professionals. As the 8th largest professional association in BC and with a strong foundation in place, ASTTBC is well positioned to provide top-in- class services to the people of British Columbia and the professionals regulated through ASTTBC.
25 Years Under ASTT Act
Initially formed in 1958, ASTTBC was re- incorporated under the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians Act in 1985. On September 26, 2010 ASTTBC will celebrate the 25 year milestone of the proclamation of the Act. At the 2009 Awards Celebration ASTTBC will launch a celebration of 25 years serving British Columbia under the ASTT Act.

Whether we look at achievements or goals, one thing is certain... ASTTBC members, dedicated volunteers and committed partners are at the very heart of our success!
Volunteers and their spouse/guest are invited to attend (as our guest) in appreciation of their generous support and assistance to the Association in 2009. ASTTBC members and others wishing to join in the celebration may do so at a cost of $75/person (includes GST). Group tables are also available.
Reservations may be cancelled by October 30th with full refund. No refunds after this date. Dress is evening attire.
